A DVD with child pornography content is found among household rubbish and handed over to the vice squad. Chief investigator Hannah Maes and her team discover that a pornographic video of Belgian child star Cindy Starr is also on the DVD. They confront Cindy's mother with the video, who is convinced that Cindy was forced to make these recordings. Nevertheless, she cannot give them any clues as to who the producer of this video might be. Hannah and her team target Cindy's manager Frans Schots, but he has no criminal history, nor have there been any incidents in the past. Hannah nevertheless doubts his innocence. However, she comes under more and more pressure to provide evidence, as the media now report on the case on a daily basis.
